In addition to teaching standard Alberta curriculum, the CGS has a program called "Go Grrrls" which helps young girls transition into successful, healthy women. The curriculum has several goals which are really cool - some of the most interesting ones include:
- Achieving a competent gender-role identification
- Establishing a healthy body image
- Developing a positive self-image
- Understanding sexuality
